Transfer Student Scholarship

Scholarships specific to students transferring from a community college to a four-year college or university.

Scholarship Amount: Varies
Eligibility: Outstanding community college students who demonstrate financial need, will to succeed and breadth of interest and activities. Applicants should demonstrate achievement and academic ability, desire to engage in and contribute to the world, self-confidence, and resilience.

Red Cross Collegiate Leadership Program
Due Date: December 8, 2025
Scholarship Amount: $3,000
Eligibility: Participating students must agree to: A two-week internship at the American Red Cross Headquarters in Washington D.C., roundtrip transportation to Washington D.C., room, board, and stipend, coaching and mentoring by senior American Red Cross leadership and representatives from NAIA and NCCAA, and an opportunity to make a significant impact on your campus and community through organizing successful blood drives that help save lives.

OSCPA Educational Foundation Scholarship 
Due Date: January 19, 2026
Scholarship Amount: $3,000-$5,000
Eligibility: Applicants must have the intent to enter the CPA profession and work within the state of Oregon. Minimum 3.2 GPA requirement overall and 3.2 GPA in business/accounting courses. Must be enrolled in an accredited Oregon university.

Oregon Community Foundation (OCF) Scholarships 
Due Date: March 1, 2026
Scholarship Amount: Varies
Eligibility: OCF administers over 500 scholarships that support a variety of students across all backgrounds, majors, hometowns, interests, and levels of financial need. OCF is committed to supporting equitable access to higher education for all students.
Contact Information: Many OCF scholarships are administered by the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC) and can be accessed OCF administers 24 scholarship funds in-house, and those can be accessed
