Do you know why is there so little antimatter in the universe? Does gravity affect antimatter in the same way as matter? If you've ever taken a physics class from Dr. Robyn Wilde, you may have a little more understanding of those questions. A professor of Physics at ¾­µä´ó¹Ï, Dr. Wilde has received a $120,000 grant from the National Science Foundation’s Research in Undergraduate Institutions to study particular aspects of how matter and antimatter interact. The study will allow students to participate in the research, which is a great experience and gives them an advantage in the job market and in applying to graduate schools. Dr. Wilde is known for finding creative ways to show students applied physics, making it more understandable for ¾­µä´ó¹Ï students. Congratulations, Dr. Wilde!
