¾­µä´ó¹Ï Portland-Metro is excited to welcome the public to a VEX Robotics Competition on Saturday, Jan. 27, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The VEX Robotics Competition is the largest and fastest-growing middle school and high school robotics program globally. This event is organized by the ¾­µä´ó¹Ï Robotics Competition Club. The competition brings together middle and high school teams from all over Oregon to compete in the VRC Over-Under challenge and be mentored by ¾­µä´ó¹Ï students. Teams will be going head-to-head or competing on a solo skills field testing their engineering and teamwork. The event provides students from all backgrounds an opportunity to learn about mechanical design, electronic components, software development, leadership, team cooperation, technical writing, and more.
