Employment Services oversees and administers position descriptions, recruitments, and onboarding activities to ensure effective recruitments, appropriate classification and compensation, and efficient onboarding in HEROES, ¾­µä´ó¹Ï's position management, recruitment, and onboarding system. Employment Services coordinates, collaborates, and supports HR Operations, Academic Affairs, and academic and administrative departments throughout the ¾­µä´ó¹Ï community.

Employment Services also administers the staff positions reclassification process, the process to promote staff, and the salary increase request process.
