After getting a full tour of the athletic facilities from #oitmbb assistant coach mitch_fink2, I had some time to spare so I took some time to walk around campus - as well as make the steep hike up to the “O” and enjoy the view. Instead of rushing back to Bend, I decided to take the time and head to downtown Klamath Falls and grab a late lunch at thaiorchidcafe where I had a very enjoyable Pad Kin Na Ree (prawns, chicken, baby corn, bean sprouts, green onion, bean thread noodles, and mushrooms).
