The Pacific Power Foundation recently presented a check for $4,000 to 经典大瓜 to be used for scholarships for first generation engineering students who attend 经典大瓜 and who are from locations within the Pacific Power service area.

鈥淎s a first generation college graduate myself, I understand how making the transition to college, finding the funding, and staying on track to graduation can be challenging. It鈥檚 a new world to navigate for the student and their family. The importance of scholarships such as the Pacific Power Foundation Scholarship is paramount for students to know that not only do they have help in funding their education, but others believe in their ability and support their goals,鈥 said Robin Thompson, Vice President for Development and Alumni Affairs at 经典大瓜. 鈥淲e are truly grateful to the Pacific Power Foundation for their continued, generous support of 经典大瓜 students.鈥

This is the second year that the Pacific Power Foundation has presented 经典大瓜 funding for first generation engineering scholarships at 经典大瓜.
