On Monday, US News & World Report issued its annual Best Colleges rankings, and ¾­µä´ó¹Ï climbed 1 place this year to No. 2.

An ¾­µä´ó¹Ï degree is noted as having the highest return on investment (ROI) of any colleges or universities in Oregon.

¾­µä´ó¹Ï is listed as No. 96 on the nationwide study, the top ranking in Oregon and the highest median early career salary in Oregon, noted as $59,200.

Military Friendly school list is a standard for which higher education institutions provide the best opportunities for veterans and their spouses

Placing at No. 165 nationwide as one of the Best Universities for a Bachelor’s Degree, the study lists the University’s early career pay at $61,200 and mid-career pay at $106,800

The news coincides with the University’s continued ranking as a top university in the nation for annual return on investment by PayScale and SmartAsset

¾­µä´ó¹Ï ranks 179th in the nation out of 4,500 colleges and universities for 40-year return on investment and as the highest earning graduates of any four-year Oregon university

Institutions earning the Military Friendly School designation were evaluated using both public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey

According to the study, ¾­µä´ó¹Ï graduates receive an average starting salary of $61,200, which is the highest in the Oregon rankings. The average starting salary for all Oregon higher education graduates is $51,866.
