The ������ Foundation awarded $1.1 million in scholarships to ������ students this year, the fourth year in a row that awards have exceeded $1 million. The scholarships were celebrated Nov. 1 as participants gathered at the Klamath Falls campus and virtually from the Portland-Metro campus for the Annual Scholarship Awards Banquet. This special event honors the achievements of scholarship recipients and recognizes the philanthropic donors who make scholarships possible.

The ������ Foundation surpassed a historic milestone this year, awarding $1,030,000 in scholarships to ������ students. The new record was celebrated Oct. 29 as participants gathered at the Klamath Falls campus and live-streamed to a gathering at the Portland-Metro campus for the Annual Scholarship Awards Banquet.

Five talented ������ (������) students have been awarded a DeArmond Manufacturing Fellows Scholarship, which provides a four-year scholarship to cover tuition and fees to pursue a degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.

Cynthia Roe, a Civil Engineering student at ������, has been selected as recipient of the 2020-21 Oregon undergraduate Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) Scholarship, a scholarship valued at $2,500 to promote the advancement of the transportation profession by providing financial assistance to students pursuing degrees in transportation engineering or other related fields.

Garrett Oman, senior in Civil Engineering at ������, “������,” has been selected as recipient of the APWA Civil Engineering Scholarship from the Oregon American Public Works Association (APWA) Scholastic Foundation.

Anna Sheadel, senior in Civil Engineering at ������, “������,” has been selected as recipient of the APWA-Asphalt Pavement Association of Oregon Scholarship from the Oregon American Public Works Association (APWA) Scholastic Foundation.
