We were honored to recognize many of our distinguished supporters during the special CEET ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 1, 2022.
President Naganathan remains committed to ¾µä´ó¹Ï
President Naganathan and ¾µä´ó¹Ï (¾µä´ó¹Ï) are focused on assuring student success and building on the university’s reputation. The Faculty Senate plays an important role in this and in furthering the institution’s mission. However, recently the Senate has called for the resignation of President Naganathan.
Dr. Naganathan informed the ¾µä´ó¹Ï campus community today:
¾µä´ó¹Ï Begins Search for Executive Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Cultural Engagement
In a continued effort to increase awareness and create a more welcoming and inviting work and learning environment, ¾µä´ó¹Ï is searching for an Executive Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Cultural Engagement (DICE). The University is conducting a national search for this new leadership position, which will report to President Naganathan.
Executive advisory group of accomplished industry leaders guide ¾µä´ó¹Ï in advancing its vision
As ¾µä´ó¹Ï (¾µä´ó¹Ï) begins implementing its new strategic plan, its journey to achieve a bold vision of becoming a world-class institution will be guided by an Executive Think Tank comprised of respected industry leaders from throughout Oregon and the U.S. The group gathered virtually for its inaugural meeting February 11.

Members of Presidential Search Committee Announced; Kelley Minty Morris to Chair
The search for ¾µä´ó¹Ï’s 7th president has begun with the formation of a 15-member Presidential Search Committee
¾µä´ó¹Ï Trustees approve President Maples’ transition plan
The Committee discussed the transition agreement between Dr. Maples and the university, which includes provisions for a six-month period beginning on July 1, 2016

Interim President Dr. Jay Kenton has exciting plans for growth at ¾µä´ó¹Ï and plans to place the university in the best possible position for an incoming president.
